The pinnacle of our celebration this year will be the inauguration of our new office building in Jalan Kapten Tendean 18A. It is fully equipped with exciting new facilities such as a Data Center, a Network Operation Center and a Network Lab. These new facilities were created to enable us to broaden our service portfolio, to ensure a superior service delivery and to serve as a showcase of our capabilities.
On this auspicious occasion allow me to express my sincere gratitude to all our customers and business partners past and present. Without their trust and support, we will not be where we are today. As well I would like to make a special tribute to all our employees past and present. Without their dedication, hard work and professionalism, we will not be what we are today.
Datacomm is very proud in delivering leading edge technology solutions to our customers. In delivering these solutions, we offer our customers comprehensive services from design, to build, and to maintenance. This solution delivery model has been very successful for Datacomm and so far has fueled our exponential growth in the last few years.
As the market is becoming more competitive, delivering an effective solution is no longer sufficient. We are demanded by our customers to deliver efficiency and economy as well. In order to fulfill these requirements, we need to expand our service portfolio to cover the operation aspect. This new service portfolio will provide the full lifecycle services to our customers from design, to build, to operation and to maintenance.
We understand the challenges we are facing in introducing these new types of services to our customers. We need to establish capabilities to achieve operational excellence which our customers demand by adopting and implementing standard best practice in service management such as ITIL and ISO 20000. In addition we have to instill a genuine service culture from the management level all the way down to our rank and file.
We have started this transformation early and we believe that we can achieve this goal in the near future. This is an important milestone for Datacomm, and with the trust and support from all of our stakeholders, success is surely assured.
