Tan Wie Tjin
Founder, President Director

Mr. Tan founded Datacomm in 1990 to provide data communication solution for telco companies in Indonesia. Mr. Tan has successfully provided the leadership for the development of businesses in Datacomm for almost two decades.

Mr. Tan received his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin at Madison (USA) majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1987.

Prior to founding Datacomm, Mr. Tan held a technical position for more than two years at the local system integrator.

Handi Leman
Director of Corporate and Finance

Mr. Leman has joined Datacomm since its inception in 1990. Prior to the current position, Mr. Leman held a variety of position within Datacomm ranging from technical, Information Technology and operation.

Mr. Leman received his undergraduate degree from Brandon University (Canada) in 1987 majoring in Information Technology.

Prior to joining Datacomm, Mr. Leman held a technical position for more than two years at the local system integrator.

Luk Phin Tirtokuntjoro
Director of Engineering Service

Mr. Tirtokuntjoro joined Datacomm in 1995 as Product Manager. Prior to the current position, Mr. Tirtokuntjoro held a variety position within Datacomm starting as Product Manager, to Director Marketing and lastly as Director of Customer Support and Services.

Mr. Tirtokuntjoro received his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin at Madison (USA) majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1987. Mr. Tirtokuntjoro also hold a Master Certificate in ITSM.

Prior to joining Datacomm, Mr. Tirtokuntjoro held technical and marketing positions at Unisys, Andromeda Bank and Data General distributor.

Faisal Lie
VP Financial Services

Mr. Lie Joined Datacomm in 1996 as General Manager Accounting and Finance. Mr. Lie received his undergraduate degree from Tarumanagara University majoring in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining Datacomm, Mr. Lie held several senior managerial positions with Public Accounting Firms.

Iwan Aryasetiawan
Director of Business Development

Mr. Aryasetiawan joined Datacomm in 2003 from Cisco Systems where he led the Service Provider Sales Team since 2000. Prior to that Mr. Aryasetiawan held a technical manager position with Astra Graphia and technical position with Astel.

Mr. Aryasetiawan received his undergraduate degree from ISTN/ STTN Jakarta in Electrical Engineering in 1988.

Stephen Budi
Director of Business Operations

Mr. Budi joined Datacomm in 2003 as General Manager of Sales from Cisco Systems where he served as Account Manager for Service Providers since 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Budi held various sales and technical position with Astra Graphia.

Hermen Rudolph
Director of Service and Project Delivery

Mr. Rudolph joined Datacomm in April 2009 as VP Service Delivery. In May 2010 he was appointed as one of Datacomm’s director responsible for both Project and Service Delivery division. Prior to joining Datacomm, in 1997 Mr. Rudolph established PT. Andhika Graha Teknindo, a subsidiary company of Datacomm with main business in Datacenter and Network Infrastructure.

Mr. Rudolph received his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga in 1987

King Tirto
VP Corporate Support

Mr. Tirto joined Datacomm in 2008 as VP Corporate Support to oversee the planning, directing, organizing and controlling all activities of the operations function of the Corporate Support Division. Mr. Tirto is responsible for the performance of all the department functions—Human Resources, General Affairs, ICT, Compliance, Legal and Art & Creative.

Prior to joining Datacomm, Mr. Tirto held various position in IT & Telecommunications industry at Billiton Group, Rohm & Haas Chemical, and Alcatel Contracting based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Tirto obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Brandon University, Canada in 1986.
