Datacomm Maintenance Services provides the on-going operational support designed to ensure maximum uptime and optimize the utility of your network assets. Datacomm works with our clients to protect the investments they make in their network infrastructure by maintaining their networks day-to-day operation. Key services include Service Desk, preventive maintenance, remedial maintenance, and advanced replacement.

Service Desk
Datacomm provides 24x7 Service Desk to provide a Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") to meet the communications needs of our clients. It is also a focal point for reporting Incidents (disruptions or potential disruptions in service availability or quality) and for clients making Service Requests (routine requests for services).

Preventive Maintenance
Datacomm provides Preventive Maintenance on a regular, periodic basis to maintain equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. This service is performed by our qualified Service Engineer specifically to prevent faults from occurring and reporting will be provided to the clients.

Remedial Maintenance
Datacomm provides Remedial Maintenance based on an Incident reported to the Service Desk to restore equipment or system malfunction back to the normal condition. Our qualified service engineer will performed investigation and diagnosis followed by resolution and recovery within the agreed SLA.

Resident Engineer
Datacomm Resident Engineers integrate as members of your operations or engineering staff to act as direct, onsite resources for all technical aspects related to operation and maintenance of your network. Having this onsite expert that fully understands your network allows for quicker problem resolution and helps you to avoid certain network issues altogether. Resident Engineers are available for annual engagements and can provide operational, design, and planning assistance.
