The NOC is operational on 24x7x365 basis to accommodate the monitoring of mission critical network devices or applications that requires constant monitoring. PrimmaNOC service takes care of the routine maintenance and monitoring functions such as watching, notifying, escalating alerts on a 24x7 basis, and creating tickets for incident based on alerts. |
