Extending on our maintenance support services Prime*Care® and remote monitoring services Prime*Monitor®, Datacomm performs the day-to-day operational support for your network infrastructure 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year on a per device basis. All these services are provided utilizing ITIL Best Practices with ITIL certified personnel, L2/L3 Technical leads with vendor certification for the technologies they are managing.
