Perimeter Security
Perimeter security provides the functionality to secure internal networks from the outside world, securely segmenting internal networks, or performing some combination of the two using integrated firewall/VPN devices with unified threat management features including antivirus, anti-spam, and Web filtering capabilities, and policy-based central management system.

Intrusion Prevention System(IPS)
IPS provides zero-day protection against worms, Trojans, spyware, and other malware by identifying and stopping network and application-level attacks before they can enter the network. IPS also provides detailed information on applications and services running on the network, and identifies rogues so they can be addressed before they compromise security or cause other problems.

Secure Remote Access
Extending applications to remote users via the Internet enables wide reach at low cost, but the solution must be fully secure. Encrypted tunnels allow remote users to directly connect to the corporate network from their computer. SSL is the recommended VPN option because it supports browser-based encryption without special client software or remote equipment. SSL VPN appliances combine VPN and endpoint security policy-setting, scanning, and enforcement into a single, clientless system for lowest TCO.

Unified Access Control
Unified Access Control provides user identity management combined with endpoint intelligence for policy control and visibility throughout the network. The centrally located Unified Access Control platform adds intelligence by seamlessly integrating into your existing LAN infrastructure without requiring switching upgrades or pre-installed client software.

Endpoint Security
Endpoint Security is the sum total of the measures taken to implement security concerning endpoints. These measures include assessing risk to protect endpoints, such as with client antivirus and personal firewall, and protecting the network from the endpoints themselves, such as with quarantine and access control. Also, Endpoint Security logically extends to the management and administration of these security measures, as well as to the risk, reporting, and knowledge management of the state and results of these measures.
