Samira Thalib<\/strong>, General Practitioner dari <strong>Alia Hospital Pondok Bambu<\/strong>, sebagai pembicara.<\/p>\n<p>Sesi yang dimulai pukul 13.00 WIB ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang pentingnya memahami ergonomi sebagai faktor pendukung kesehatan tubuh, terutama bagi pekerja yang menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam di depan komputer.<\/p>\n<h2>Postur yang Tepat untuk Mencegah Cedera<\/h2>\n<p>Dalam pemaparannya, dr. Samira menjelaskan bahwa ergonomi berfokus pada cara manusia berinteraksi dengan sistem kerja, termasuk postur, kebiasaan, hingga tata ruang. Postur duduk dan berdiri yang tidak tepat bisa memicu berbagai masalah seperti <em>neck pain<\/em>, <em>low back pain<\/em>, hingga <em>carpal tunnel syndrome<\/em>,\u201d jelas dr. Samira.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga memaparkan pentingnya menjaga kurva S pada tulang belakang, pengaturan ketinggian kursi dan meja, serta jarak ideal antara mata dan monitor untuk mengurangi ketegangan mata. Aturan <strong>20-20-20<\/strong> juga dibahas sebagai cara efektif untuk mencegah <em>eye strain<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, dr. Samira menekankan perlunya melakukan peregangan sederhana di sela waktu kerja untuk mencegah ketegangan otot. \u201cPencegahan paling efektif berasal dari kebiasaan kecil yang dilakukan konsisten,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<h2>Sesi Tanya Jawab<\/h2>\n<p>Setelah penyampaian materi utama, acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab interaktif.
