Service Desk

Located in a purpose-built management center at our new head office in Jakarta, the DSD offers customers an extended 24×7 incident management service and a single point of contact for reporting, progressing and resolving faults and other network incidents.


Datacomm has invested in an enhanced team of dedicated staff and more streamlined processes to ensure that customer incidents are handled more effectively, according to ITIL best practice. This allows Datacomm to professionally manage a much wider range of service offerings rather than just its traditional support services.


The DSD provide multi channel communication via phone, fax, email, and portal so our client requests can be conveniently established. With a strong nationwide footprint, solid experience and know-how, local knowledge and support, Telindus has the ability to offer customized service level agreements (SLAs) to any customers in Indonesia.

Network Lab

Datacomm have developed a purpose built facility in our new office building for customers and internal purposes, such as:

  • Demonstrations of new technologies and functions
  • Demonstrations of new products and features
  • Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing
  • Interoperability with a wide variety of vendor equipment
  • Problem replication and simulation
  • Release management testing

The facility consists of equipment from a range of leading vendors such as Juniper Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, Extreme Network, Force10 and others. It also includes test equipment for traffic generation and analysis, and servers for supporting services such as RADIUS, DHCP, and management. These are all incorporated in a dedicated standard rack environment in which additional components can be introduced. All systems in the facility are available with full power AC or DC redundancy, secure remote desktop and device access.

The Network Lab currently supports a variety of testing of the various technologies, such as:

  • Security
  • IP Telephony
  • Bandwidth Management


Datacomm Network Operation Centre (DNOC) offers state-of-the-art intelligent 24x7x365 real time remote monitoring services for network infrastructure with highest uptime to carriers and enterprises.


We leverage state-of-the-art network monitoring software – combined with highly defined monitoring and escalation procedures – to ensure the highest standards for security, reliability, performance and systems availability.


The DNOC serves either as your primary or supplementary network operations resource so you can allocate resource more effectively and achieve more effective and efficient network operations.


The DNOC has certified engineers on duty at all times to rapidly respond to any network problem. Our engineers respond immediately to identify, isolate, diagnose, resolve and restore your network to minimize traffic interruptions.


Datacomm owns and manages the Datacomm Data Center (DDC) facility which is located in our new office building in Jakarta. This DDC facility is developed to support our managed service operations for service infrastructure and service applications hosting. The DDC provides a well connected, redundant, secure and temperature controlled environment for all of our equipment.

TIA-942 is the telecommunication infrastructure standard for data centres. This standard however not only cover the telecommunication part but also other important factors which lead to a robust data centre. The data centre will be reviewed for compliance in four categories:

  • Architecture (Incl. fire safety, physical security, site location etc.)
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Telecommunications

For each of the categories, the data centre will be categorized in four rating levels (Rated 1-4), as well as an overall rating level.

Datacenter Datacomm is declared to have met the DCOS-Maturity 4 standard for datacenter operational management. Being the first organization in Indonesia to receive DCOS certification, Datacomm has established a position as a leader in improving datacenter operations.

To provide the best service for its customers, Datacomm Cloud Business has obtained legality from Kominfo for the operation of electronic systems. This was marked by the issuance of the Electronic System Operator Register Number: 00781/DJAI.PSE/04/2018.

The PSE registration system was created to realize a safe and reliable provider of electronic systems and transactions so that they are able to provide fast, accurate, and transparent services. This is expected to increase the participation and level of public trust in the use of technology.

With the issuance of this Electronic System Operator Registration Certificate, Datacomm Cloud Business Customers no longer need to worry about data security and cloud services from Datacomm.
