Job Description
- Advising on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements to support the company's business objectives.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations, and implementing necessary changes to our policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Providing legal guidance and training to other departments as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our legal function.
Requirement
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar in-house legal role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian law and regulations, particularly in the areas of corporate, commercial, and compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the technology or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
