
Job Description
- Deploy, configure, and manage a variety of security products and services for clients.
- Deliver Security-as-a-Service solutions, including Anti-DDoS, Network Access Control (NAC), IDS/IPS, NGFW, WAF, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and EDR.
- Provide managed services support for customers’ security products, ensuring proper operation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized security solutions that address their specific needs.
- Provide recommendations to enhance customers’ security posture and infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, practices, and trends, and apply them to client solutions.
- Provide first-level support for customers related to information security requests or incidents.
Requirement
- Minimum of a D3/bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of the TCP/IP model, including IP addressing, networking, routing, etc
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CompTIA, ISC²) is a plus.
- Familiarity with security products from Fortinet, Palo Alto, Hillstone, or similar is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud and virtual machine (VM) environments is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new security technologies and solutions.
