Job Description
- Providing support for L1 case.
- Escalate the problem to L2 engineer.
- Support implementation for various system technology, especially DDI.
- Support incident remotely or by on-site visit.
- Working in shifting.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree of computer science, information system or related with minimum GPA: 3.0
- Having knowledge in system technology, especially about DDI technology is preferred.
- Eager to learn and highly motivated, able to work in team.
- English fluency is preferred.
