A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with numerous certifications in technology management, he transformed the company from a data communication reseller into one of Indonesia’s leading technology service providers.
His visionary leadership has driven innovation, advanced the nation’s digital transformation, and established Datacomm as a trusted partner for businesses. A co-founder of Datacomm alongside Mr. Tan, Mr. Handi has spent most of his career driving the company’s strategic and financial growth. A graduate of Brandon University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, he brings over 30 years of industry expertise.

Mr. Luk Phin Tirtokuncoro is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in Indonesia's Information and Communication Technology sector. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Beyond his core technical expertise in systems, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure, Mr. Luk Phin has demonstrated significant business acumen through his leadership in product development, marketing, project execution, and service management. At Datacomm, he played a pivotal role in establishing and implementing multiple strategic departments.
His recent accomplishments include spearheading the development of public cloud infrastructure and enhancing security services capabilities at Datacomm. Currently, he is leading an innovative initiative to develop a national Generative AI application that will support all indigenous languages of Indonesia, bridging technological advancement with cultural preservation.
Mr. Rizal brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He leads the sales division for Datacomm’s telecommunication sector, where his deep industry expertise has earned him the trust of Indonesia’s largest telecommunication providers. As a Bachelors’ of Information Management from Binus University, he has spearheaded the development and maintenance of their critical infrastructure, solidifying his role as a trusted partner.
As Telco Sales Director, he has driven significant business growth, cultivated long-term relationships, and positioned Datacomm at the forefront of the telecommunications landscape. His strategic vision, combined with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions, ensures Datacomm’s continued leadership in the ever-evolving telecom sector.
A magna cum laude graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tarumanagara, Mr. Benny began his career at Datacomm as an engineer, where his strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise laid the groundwork for his leadership journey. With more than 19 years of experience in the telecommunications and cloud computing industries, he has consistently prioritized sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.
Since becoming the Cloud and IT Director, Mr. Benny has been driving innovation in technology, business strategies, and the deployment of cutting-edge cloud solutions.
